WOOD, ROBERT LEIGH - Age 72, died suddenly December 23 at home. Born July 2, 1941 in Halifax, he was the son of the late Frederick Edward Wood and Alice Marie (Hencher) Wood. After graduating from Halifax Vocational School, he embarked on a long career with Guildfords Ltd. He was an avid golfer and fly fisherman, and loved to read about both. He is survived by a daughter, Kara of Winnipeg; son, Rick of Switzerland; brother, Stephen of Dartmouth; grandchildren, Anna, Connor and Olivia. He was predeceased by his wife, Mary (Clark); and brothers, Peter and David.
Although there will be no visitation, family and friends are invited to a funeral service at St. Paul's Anglican Church, Rothesay on Thursday, January 9th, 2014 at 1:00 PM.
