MUNN, ALAN JAMES - It is with great sadness that the family announces the death of Alan Munn on January 10, 2014 at the Dr. Chalmers Regional Hospital in Fredericton. Born on March 20, 1934 in Holtville, NB, a son of the late Tennyson and Anna (McKeil) Munn. Alan was a member of the 1st Miramichi Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed his toys, puppy dog and ice cream at every meal, but the greatest joy and love was for his family and many friends. He is survived by his brother Bruce Munn (Ingrid) of Holtville; several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by sisters Zelda, Zena, Evelyn, Mary and Hannah; brothers Douglas and Darren.
Visitation will take place at the Holtville Pentecostal Church, Holtville, NB on Sunday January 12, 2014 from 2 - 4 & 7 – 9 PM. A funeral service will be held on Monday January 13, 2014 at 2:00 PM from the church, with Pastor Landon Decker officiating assisted by Pastor Carroll Carter. Interment will take place in the spring in the Cameron Hill Cemetery. For those who wish donations can be made in Alan’s memory to the Central NB Nursing Home or a charity of the donor’s choice.
