Passed peacefully away in the presence of her loving family at Hoyles-Escasoni Complex on Wednesday, January 15, 2014, Marie Walsh of Lakeview, in her 89th year. Predeceased by her husband, Leo T and daughter, Marion, her parents: Mary & James Dwyer, brothers: Jack, Greg, Ron (wife Marg), & Bill, sister, Mary Hannah (husband James McPhee), mother & father-in-law: Philip & Anastasia Walsh, brothers-in-law: John, Philip & Bernard, sister-in-law, Columba. Left with fond and loving memories are her children: Jerome (Philomena), Mary Walsh (Francis), Leo Dennis (Edwina) & Gregory, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, her sisters-in-law: Mary Dwyer & Rita Dawe, many nieces, nephews, and a large circle of extended family and friends. Resting at Dunphy's Funeral Home, Holyrood. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, January 15 from 7 - 9 pm and on Thursday, January 16th, 2014 from 2 - 4 pm & 7 - 9 pm. Funeral will take place with 10:00 am Mass of Christian Burial from SS. Peter & Paul Church, Harbour Main on Friday, January 17, 2014. Interment will be in SS. Peter & Paul Cemetery, Chapel's Cove.
