Jody Lynn Wheadon of Calgary passed away on Monday,
January 13, 2014 at the age of 38 years.

Jody Lynn Wheadon was born July 10, 1975 in Fort St. John, BC where she grew up and graduated from North Peace Secondary School. Jody studied Hotel and Hospitality Management at SAIT in Calgary. She enjoyed a
successful career with the hotel industry, creating many friendships and an
extended family of colleagues through Delta Hotels, Hotel Arts, Inn at the Forks and her “new found” family at Hilton. Jody was loved by so many she met along her journey, which took her from Fort St. John to Calgary, to Winnipeg and then back to Calgary where she met the love of her life, Nate Wutzke. She quickly became a part of his family and he of hers.

Jody is survived by her parents Reg and Shirley Wheadon, sister Kelly
Wheadon, her many aunts, uncles and cousins, as well as her beloved Nate and the Wutzke family. Jody will be missed by her gigantic network of friends stretching from coast to coast.

A “Come & Go” Remembrance was held at Hampton Inn Calgary Airport North (2000, 2021 - 100 Avenue N.E. Calgary, AB) on Saturday, January 18, 2014
