Bleackley: Jerry Steven Bleackley, age 60, of Swift Current, SK, passed away Saturday, January 25, 2014 at his home in Swift Current. At Jerry's request there was no formal service. Jerry is survived by his son Kevin (Tammy) Bleackley of Saskatoon, SK; daughter Melanie Bleackley (Clayton) of Saskatoon, SK; eight grandchildren and two great grandchildren; brother Doug (Deb) Bleackley of Swift Current, SK.; sister Pam (Glenn) Leisle of Morse, SK. and several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents Jim and Beatty Bleackley and brother Darrel Bleackley. Jerry was born on July 14, 1953 in Moose Jaw, SK. He attended school in Ernfold and Morse. Jerry worked for Bleackley Construction and the C.P.R. in his early years until he became disabled. He enjoyed times spent with his grandchildren, taking time to remember each of them on special occasions with birthday and Christmas gifts and visits with all of them. Jerry also had a large group coffee row friends at the Husky he enjoyed visiting with. In his memory, memorial donations may be made to the Kinsmen Telemiracle.
