The death occurred suddenly on February 5, 2014, of John Henry Myers of Georgetown, aged 84 years.
Husband of the late Margaret "Bessie" Myers. Survived by his children: Wayne Myers, Veronica Curley (Brian), Janet Sheppard (Garry), Ginger Llewellyn (Chester), Mike Myers (Donna), Anna Myers, Vernon Myers (Corrine) and Terri Myers (Gary); as well as numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Also survived by brothers: Mike Myers, Vernon J. Myers (Eileen), Barry Boudreault (Betty); and by sisters: Gloria Brousseau (Albert) and Bonnie Boudreault; and by sister-in-law, Patsy Myers.
Besides his late wife, Margaret, he was predeceased by his parents, Mike and Mary Myers; by a grandchild, Joseph; brother, Fred Myers; and sisters, Margaret (Peggy) Myers, in infancy, and Selena Myers; and by his sister-in-law, Odette Myers.
Resting at St. James Roman Catholic Church, Georgetown, on Friday, February 7, 2014 from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral mass to be celebrated at St. James, Georgetown, on Saturday, February 8, 2014 at 1 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in John's memory may be made to the Kings County Memorial Hospital, Montague. Interment in the parish cemetery.
