Passed away peacefully at James Paton Memorial Hospital, Gander, on Friday, February 7th, 2014, Clarence Edward Murley, age 77. Predeceased by his wife, Rebecca (Rae) Murley; mother, Elizabeth Rideout; father, Henry Clauson; sisters: Renee (Les) Mitchell, Shirley (Max) Reid. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories are his sons: Todd (Tara) of Gander, Christopher (Barbara) of Gander; brothers: Lorne (Beulah) of Corner Brook, Alex (Rickie) of Corner Brook, Elwin of Corner Brook; grandchildren: Jennifer, Michael, Rebecca; stepmother, Onea Murley of Corner Brook; nieces and nephews and a large circle of friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held from the St. Martin's Anglican Cathedral on Monday, February 10th, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment followed at the All Saints Cemetery, Gander. Cremation has taken place.
