Joan Inga Evelyn Kivol of Moose Jaw, SK passed away on February 14, 2014 at the age of 81. Born to Harland and Inga Chase on September 7, 1932 in Assiniboia, SK. Joan spent most of her early years in the Ormiston area. On November 2, 1950, Joan married Stan Kivol and moved to Moose Jaw with her loving husband. Joan worked at Canadays Apparel for 27 years as a stockroom supervisor. Predeceased by her father Harland Chase in 1976, mother Inga Chase in 2008, husband Stan Kivol in 1991, and granddaughter Lori in 1969. Joan is survived by sister Ruth Andrei (Toader), brother Allan Chase (Christina), daughter Betty Zazalak (Fred), son Allan Kivol (Elaine), grandchildren Terry Weber (Susan), Colby Kivol (Bobbie), Shane Kivol (Jode), Tasha Zazalak (Cliff), and great-grandchildren Dylan and Derek Weber, Tanner and Teegan Kivol, Phoenix and Vienna Kivol. The Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday, February 19, 2014 at 10:30 am at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 15 Paul Dr, Moose Jaw, SK, with Reverend John Kreutzwieser officiating.
