GALLANT, ROLANDE - Rolande Gallant, 64, of Shediac, passed away on Sunday, February 16, 2014 at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont UHC. Born on November 19, 1949, she was the daughter of the late Jean-Paul and Marguerite (Hebert) Boudreau. She was employed with Dollar Store in Shediac and past employee with Frenchy's in Shediac. She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Roger; one son, Brian of Moncton; one daughter, Christine (Yann Pichon) of Shediac; one sister, Raymonde Gautreau (Léo-Paul) of Shediac; two grandchildren: Emilie and Joshua, as well as many nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by two brothers: Valmond and Fernand.
The family will receive condolences at Frenette Funeral Centre, 396 Main Street, Shediac (532-3297) Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm only. The funeral mass will be celebrated at Saint-Joseph R.C. Church, 415 Main Street, Shediac on Friday, February 21 2014 at 10:30 am. In memory of Rolande, a contribution to the CHU Dumont Foundation (oncology) would be appreciated.
