72, of Winchester, VA passed away peacefully at her residence. Elizabeth was born February 7, 1942 in Jeffreys, Newfoundland, the daughter of Herbert W. and Mary G. Chassey Morris. She married Ronald Eugene Harney in Jeffreys on December 18, 1965. He preceded her in death on June 19, 2013. She is survived by a son, Dwayne A. Harney Sr. and his wife, Ericka of Winchester; a daughter, Royanna Morris and her husband Scott of Fayetteville, NC; sister, Hazel Marie Hynes of Newfoundland; brothers: Garland James Morris and Perry William Morris of Newfoundland; nine grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
