HARVEY, DOREEN - Mrs. Doreen Harvey of Sussex passed away at her home on March 7th, 2014 at the age of 83; she was the daughter of the late Lillian (Kennedy) McQueen, her step father George McQueen and the wife of the late Earl A. Harvey who passed away in 2003. She is survived by her daughters: Judy Connolly (Mike) of Maugerville, NB, Jessie McLaughlin (David) of Plumweseep, NB, Earlene Titus (Wayne) of Geary, NB, Patricia Thornhill (Randy) of Sussex, ten grandchildren: five great grandchildren; her brothers and sisters: Jon McQueen, Sharon Mann (Sud), Wayne McQueen, Pam Doiron (Bob), Shirley Bevans-Burns, Jeanette Haase, Dawn Jourmeay (Sydney), David Bevans (Betty) and Billy Bevans (Doris) as well as several nieces, nephews and cousins. Doreen is predeceased by her two daughters: Anita and Sherri; her sister Ruthanne Worrell and brother, David McQueen, her step mother Eileen (Day) Bevans and by her father Arthur Bevans.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176) where the family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday from 1 to 3 and 6 to 8. A service celebrating Doreen’s life will be held from Faith Bible Baptist Church on Wednesday, March 12, 2014 at 11:00 am.
