It is with great sadness that the family of the late Richard Joseph Chaisson announce his passing at his residence on Saturday, March 22nd, 2014 at the age of 75 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Eleanor of 52 years, two sons: Richard (Adele) of Oromocto, New Brunswick, Martin of St. John’s, NL, two daughters: Donna (Gordon) of Brampton, Ontario and Darlene (Alvin) of DeGrau. Also leaving to mourn are his three brothers: Patrick (Venessa) of Flin Flon, Manitoba, Stanley (Alice) of DeGrau, James (Hughina) of DeGrau, one sister Pauline of Flin Flon, Manitoba, six grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren and a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Lawrence and Margaret Chaisson, his son Wayne, his daughter Mary, sisters: Gladys and Elizabeth and brother Bernard. Visitation will take place on Wednesday, March 26th and Thursday, March 27th from 2-4 & 7-9 at Our Lady Of The Cape Parish from where funeral services will take place on Friday March 28th, at 2 p.m. with interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery in Marches Point.
