The death occurred peacefully, at the Colville Manor, on Monday, March 24, 2014, of Arthur Mooney, formerly of St. Catherines, in his 88th year.
Beloved husband of Kathleen (nee Chaisson). Loving father of Debbie (Trygve) Arnason, Irene (Allan) MacLeod, Eric, Erroll (Debbie), Harold (John), Merlin (Patty), David (Judy), Andy (Lorraine), Darlene (Brian) Bushey, Juanita (Chris) Cahill. Sadly missed by 26 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren. Survived by sister, Amelda. Predeceased by brothers, John and Harold, and sister, Mary.
Resting at Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris for visiting hours on Friday, March 28, 2014, from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. Funeral to be held on Saturday morning, March 29, 2014, to St. Mary’s Roman Catholic Church in Souris for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in the church cemetery.
