Miller-Stewart, June Eileen Age 68, died peacefully on March 18, 2014, in North Queens Nursing Home, Caledonia, after a long struggle with Alzheimer's Disease. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Douglas Miller and Eileen Miller (Currier) of Fredericton, N.B. June lived life to the fullest, laughed a lot, loved deeply, worked intensely, and found joy in the simplest of things. June is survived by her husband, Murray Stewart; her children, Jonathan, Jessica and Kendelle Byers; her step-children, Carmen and Karl Stewart; her sister, Brenda Liston; four nieces and one grand-daughter. June's family would like to express their gratitude to the staff and volunteers of North Queens Nursing Home for their exceptional care and compassion. Cremation has taken place under the direction of R.A. Corkum Funeral Home. There will be no service by request. Memorial donations may be made to the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia.
