On Wednesday, March 26, 2014 Bea passed away peacefully at Providence Place in Moose Jaw, at the age of 93 years old. She was born September 27, 1921 in Rouleau, SK to parents Lloyd and Eunice Weckman. Bea is survived by daughter, Arlene (Jim Kostal) Macallister; brother, Gerald (Adelaide) Weckman; daughter-in-law, Donna Larsen; grandchildren Terri (Guy) Kerbrat, Len (Lisa) Larsen, Tony (Adrienne) Larsen, Christian Macallister and Claire (Chris) Tyrer; great-grandchildren Joe and Krista Brooker, Josh and Renée Larsen, Tyler and Andrew Larsen, Jaida Deranger and Nora Tyrer; and numerous nieces and nephews. Bea was predeceased by her husband, Raymond Larsen; her son, Larry Larsen; her parents; and two brothers, Lyle and Byron Weckman. She avidly supported the community and considered Rouleau "her town”. Some of her passions were curling, gardening, fishing, waterskiing, quilting and travelling. A Funeral Service will be held at Rouleau United Church, 901 Scott Avenue, Rouleau, SK on Saturday, March 29, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Following the service friends are invited to join the family at the Rouleau Senior Centre.
