COREY, JOYCE - Mrs. Joyce Corey of Sussex passed away on April 2, 2014 at the age of 69. Born in Hunters Home on January 13, 1945, she was the daughter of the late Irvin and Bertha (Wood) Black. Joyce is survived by her husband Victor three children: Jeff (Janice), Richard (Judy) and Shawn (Robin). six grandchildren: Brett, Adam, Kayla, Matthew, Nolan and Regan; her sister: Barbara McNamara of Hampton; two brothers: Wayne Black (Roxanne) and Stuart Black (Eleanor), as well as several nieces and nephews. Joyce is predeceased by her brother-in-law John McNamara; and her daughter-in-law Vicki.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). A private family service celebrating Joyce’s life will be held from Wallace Community Chapel, the interment will take place at Coles Island Cemetery.
