Johns, Glenda Frances – age 67 years of Berwick. It is with great sadness in our hearts that we announce the passing of Glenda on April 2, 2014 at the Valley Regional Hospital surrounded by her family after a valiant battle with cancer. Born on February 8, 1947 in England; she was the daughter of the late Norman and Dorothy (McCoul) Johns. She is survived by her sister Arlene (John) Forster of Port Williams; nephews Jeff (Cathy) of Kentville and Mike (Jen) of New Minas; great niece Jessica of New Minas; also by several aunts and cousins. Glenda worked in the Royal Bank after graduation from high school until she retired. Many thanks go out to Maureen and Allison Lee for all their help and for being her friend. In keeping with Glenda’s wishes, cremation has taken place and there will be no memorial service. Interment of ashes to follow at a later date.
