The death occurred peacefully, at the Souris Hospital, on Wednesday, April 2, 2014, of Jackie Jennings.
Beloved husband of Mary. Loving father of Jamie (Linda), Dianne (Darrin); stepfather to Pauline, Michael (Michelle), Leo (Trish); and special grandson, Ryan. Survived by brothers, Brian (Gail), Billy (Joanne), Rickey (Brenda), Keith (Lorna); sisters, Sandra, Gail (Hughie), Mary (Junior) and Nadine (Larry). Predeceased by parents, Jimmy and Edna Jennings; brothers, Sam, Dougie, George, Billy and Blanche in infancy. Fondly remembered by nine grandchildren, five great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Resting at the Dingwell Funeral Home in Souris on Sunday, April 6, 2014, for visitation from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. and Monday morning, April 7, 2014 from 9 a.m. until funeral time. Funeral to be held on Monday morning to St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church for funeral mass to be celebrated at 11 a.m. Interment in St. Alexis Cemetery, Rollo Bay.
