August 14, 1920 - March 22, 2014
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our mother, Patricia Wellstead. As she gave her children their first breath, we were blessed to be there for her last. She was predeceased by her parents Patrick and Dorothy O’Niell, her husband Leonard and son Peter. She was a loving, selfless and kind woman, always quick to smile and laugh.  Mother of Sandra (Jurgen), Gary (Mary-Lou), Michael and Christine, along with seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.  She shared a very special connection with Jeffrey and Jenna Cassidy.  She will be in our hearts forever and for always. 
A very special thanks to the staff at Christenson Village, CC3, of whom there are too many to name individually. You became a very special part of Pat’s life and also ours.  Words are not enough.
