Peacefully, surrounded by her loving family at the Toronto General Hospital, Toronto, ON, on Wednesday, March 26, 2014, of Coleen Ruth Rogers (nee MacDonald) of Borden-Carleton, age 55 years. Beloved wife of the late Alan (Hav) Rogers. Loving mother of Cherisse Rogers-Bryanton (Wade), Borden Carleton and Ashtin (Marilyn), Toronto, Ontario and grandmother to Kirstin Bryanton. Born in Summerside, P.E.I. on September 5, 1958. Dear daughter of the late William and Hazel MacDonald, and daughter-in- law of the late Haviland and Doris Rogers. Sister to Vernon MacDonald, Central Bedeque; Lloyd (Dianne), Borden-Carleton; Mary MacDonald, Borden-Carleton. Sister-in-law to Erma MacDonald, Corner Brook, NL; and Patti Anger-MacDonald, Dunville, ON; James (Nora), Charlottetown; Lowell (Anna), Borden-Carleton; Charles (Velma), Summerside; Darlene (Art) MacDonald, Shamrock; Lynn (Edwin) Hughes, Shamrock; Lorraine (Dennis) Lowther, Cape Traverse; Leonard (Janet), Cornwall; Alanna (Jack) Wilkins, Saint John, N.B.; Verna Hurley, Moncton, N.B.; Allison (Jennifer), Belle River; Paul (Carrie), Bedeque; Danny, North Tryon and Leanne, Kinkora. Also survived by several nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers, Joe and Gerald MacDonald, and sister-in-law, Lyn MacDonald. No visitation by personal request. Funeral mass will be celebrated on Thursday, April 10, 2014 at St. Peter's Church, Seven Mile Bay, at 10:30 a.m. Interment to take place later in St. Peter's Church Cemetery, Seven Mile Bay.
