LAWRENCE DANIEL GIBSON
February 4, 1923 – April 6, 2014
Lawrence passed away suddenly on the family farm where he was born. He is survived by his partner and friend, Gladys Carlson, who was by his side. He is also survived by his Gibson and Swanson nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his siblings and their spouses, Marlow (Stella), Bill (Ann), Fern (Alec Swanson), Loyal, Clarence (Emily); niece Lorraine and nephew Rick. Lawrence was born on the property his parents homesteaded. He farmed and lived there all his life and is the last one of his generation. He will be sadly missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. He was a genuine western character! No Funeral Service will be held. His cremated remains will be spread during a family celebration of his life at a later date. Memorial donations may be directed to the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, 455 Fairford St. E., Moose Jaw, S6H 1H3. In living memory of Lawrence, a memorial planting will be made by W. J.
