HARGREAVES, LAUREN ELIZABETH - The passing of Lauren Elizabeth Hargreaves of Keswick Ridge, NB, occurred on Wednesday, April 9, 2014 at the IWK Health Centre, Halifax, NS. Born on October 14, 1997 in Fredericton, NB, she was the daughter of David Hargreaves (fianceé, Rebekah Davidson) and Tina McQuinn (Sean Allen). Lauren attended Fredericton High School and enjoyed swimming, dancing, music, friends, going for drives in the country and time at the beach. In addition to her parents, she is survived by her soul mate, Devon Brewer of Fredericton, NB; half-brothers, Matthew Hargreaves (Ainsley) and their daughter Thea of Fredericton, NB, Nicholas Hargreaves (Karlene Boudreau) of Grand Bay, NB; step brothers, Jason Jensen of Florenceville, NB, Scott Jensen of Fredericton, NB; step-sisters, Heather Allen of Amherst, NS, Melissa Woodworth (Paul) and their children, Logan Clowater and Brooklyn Woodworth of Tracy, NB; maternal grandparents, Don and Joanne McQuinn; paternal grandmother, Eleanor Hargreaves; aunts and uncles, Cathy Morgan (Dale), Marilyn Arbeau (Darrell), Carla Howe (Roger), Nancy McQuinn, and Andy McQuinn (Mebel); as well as several cousins. Lauren was predeceased by her grandfather, Bryce Hargreaves.
Visitations will take place at York Funeral Home on Saturday, April 12, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Funeral Service will take place at York Funeral Home’s T. Gordon McLeod Memorial Chapel on Sunday, April 13, 2014 at 2 pm with Dwight McCoy officiating. For those who wish, remembrances may be made to the IWK Health Centre.
