­MT. WILLIAM – Mary Alice Sibille, 89 of Mount William, passed away on Sunday, April 13, 2014, in Valley View Villa, Riverton.
Born in Mount William, she was a daughter of the late Joseph and Hannah (Winston) Wheatley.
Mrs. Sibille was well known for her gardening skills, having many beautiful shrubs and flowers around her property. She was a long time and devoted member of the Calvary Temple Church, New Glasgow.
She will be dearly missed by her sons, Eric (Lee), Salt Springs; and Ronald, Rothesay, NB; grandchildren: Barbara Ann Crowe, Sussex, NB; Derek (Laurie), Calgary; Aaron (Kristy), Kitchener, ON.; Tanya Delbeck (Dwayne), Calgary; great-grandchildren: Teigan and Devon Delbeck; Kelsey, Matthew, and Kayla Crowe; great-great-grandson, Cole; sister, Eileen Lee, St. Stephen, NB.
She was predeceased by her husband, Hector Sibille; brothers:, Leonard, Jack, Ronald and Fred Wheatley; and infant sister Edna Mae.
Mrs. Sibille is resting at Eagles Funeral Home, Westville with visiting on Wednesday from 2-4 p.m and 7-9 p.m. Her funeral service will be held 2 o’clock Thursday from Eagles Funeral Chapel, Westville with Pastor Keith Hazzard officiating. Burial will be in Heatherdale Memorial Gardens.
Donations in her memory may be made to the S.P.C.A. or Valley View Villa.
