MacDONALD, DENNIS WILLIAM P.Eng. - Dennis William MacDonald, P. Eng., 77, of Moncton, with his loving family by his side, passed away at The Moncton Hospital on Thursday, April 17, 2014. Born in Port Maria, Jamaica, he was the son of the late Roderick and Maysie (Polly) MacDonald. Dennis was the former president of MacDonald Paving & Construction Ltd. and a part of the construction industry for over forty five years. He graduated from the University of New Brunswick in 1962 with a Bachelor of Science and Engineering Degree and was a life time member of the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick. He enjoyed spending precious time with his family, reminiscing about the good old days, travelling and cruising around town on his Harley Davidson. Dennis will be sadly missed by his loving wife of 34 years, Debbie (Milton); his children, Krystle, Brad, Mitch, Colby and Jeff (Anick); cherished grandson, Colt; brothers, Roderick (Tiny), Richard (Francine) and one sister, Liz MacDonald Trueman (John St. Pierre); several nieces and nephews.
Visitation at Fergusons Funeral Home, 1657 Mountain Road, Moncton (858-1995) on Monday from 6:00 to 9:00 pm.
