RICHARD, FRANÇOIS J.P. - 1924 - 2014 - Rogersville - Mr. François J.P. Richard, 89, husband of the late Elvina Légère, passed away at the Miramichi Regional Hospital, on Thursday, April 17th, 2014. Born November 20th, 1924, he was the son of the late Joseph Richard and the late Edith LeBlanc. He will be missed by her three daughters: Rolande (Raymond Landry) of Memramcook, Charline Caissie (Rosimond Doucette) of Rogersville and Elise (Normand Pitre) of Rogersville; three sons: Roland (Anna) of Rogersville, Eric (Gisèle) of Rogersville and Ronald (Johanne) of Dieppe; 17 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and many nephews and nieces. He was predeceased by two sons: Edgar and Gilles.
The family will be receiving relatives and friends, Monday, April 21st at 7 pm, at the salon La Colombe, 11325, route 126 in Rogersville. The funeral service will be held at the Saint-François de Sale Roman Catholic Church, in Rogersville, on Tuesday, April 22nd, at 4 pm. Visiting hours: Monday from 7pm until 9 pm and Tuesday from 1:30 pm until departure for the funeral. A donation for the Kidney Foundation or the Tree of Hope will be appreciated.
