BABCOCK, ANNIE - The death of Annie M. Babcock, 93, occurred at the Moncton City Hospital on April 19, 2014. She has been a resident of “Country Care” Special Care Home for the past eight years. Annie was a daughter of the late David and Mary Jane (nee Joudrey) Shea of Tatamagouche, NS. Besides her parents, Annie was predeceased by her husband William “Bill” Babcock; her sisters: Myrtle Tattrie and Agnes Mattatall; and by her brother Aubrey Shea. Annie is survived by her only daughter, Deanna Lynn Babcock; as well as several nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Armstrong’s Funeral Home, 33 Russell Street, Petitcodiac. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, April 22, from 7 to 9pm. The funeral service will be held on Wednesday, April 23 at 1:00pm all in Armstrong’s Funeral Home. Donations to Spina Bifida Association would be appreciated by the family.
