Passed peacefully away at home on Sunday, April 20, 2014, Woodrow James Pye, age 76 years. Predeceased by his wife Lorraine Pye, 2004; brothers: Gerald and Wilbert; sister Elizabeth. Leaving to mourn with fond memories his daughters: Sherry Pye (Mike) and Cindy Pye; sisters: Marion Blake (Benson), Shirley Horwood (Cecil) and Fronie Harpley (Garry); many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends, including his special companion Tinsel. Resting at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Avenue on Tuesday from 7-9pm and then on Wednesday from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral service to be held from The Salvation Army Citadel, Adams Avenue on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at The Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Road.
