Passed away suddenly at the Health Science Centre in St. John's on Friday, May 30, 2014 Geneva Norris (nee Bailey) of Clarenville, formerly of George's Brook, aged 71 years. Predeceased by her first husband Rev. Edward Bailey, parents George and Elizabeth Bailey. Left with fond and loving memories her husband Stan of 18 years; children Sharon Collins (Rupert), Paul (Mae), Janet Holland (Sandy), Denise Anstey (Frank), Heather Thomson (Richard), Hedley Norris (Lois), Suzy (Walter Lewis), Danette (Rex Freake); grandchildren Patrick, Jeremy, Matthew, Elizabeth, Zachary, Bailey, Aidan, Terri, Julia and Joshua; brother Hughie Bailey (Joyce), sister-in-law Louise Butt, mother-in-law Joyce Bailey; sisters-in-law Marg Lewis (Bill) and Anne Arnold (Les); and a large number of nieces, nephews, family and friends. Resting at Fewer's Funeral Home, Clarenville. Funeral service will be 2 p.m. on Monday, June 2, 2014 from the United Church Clarenville with interment to follow at Milton George's Brook Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or to the Lung Association.
