DENNIS, ELEANOR - Mrs. Eleanor Dennis of Penobsquis passed away at the Sussex Health Centre on June 3, 2014 at the age of 63. Born in Hammondvale on August 11, 1950, she was the daughter of Reginald O'Dell and the late Mary (Edgett) O’Dell who passed away in 2009 and the wife of Ron Dennis. Eleanor will be lovingly remembered by her father, Reg O'Dell; her husband Ron Dennis; her children: Patricia Floyd (Gerald), Neal DeVine (Amber), and Kevin DeVine (Jackie), Kathleen Dion (Adam); her sisters Bella McGouey (Gregory) and Marie Proctor (Cedric) as well as several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the compassionate care of Wallace Funeral Home, 34 Sunnyside Drive, Sussex, (506-433-1176). As per Eleanor’s wishes, there will be no visitation. Funeral service will be held from Wallace Community Chapel on Saturday, June 7, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment will take place at Trinity Cemetery.
