Passed peacefully away, at the Agnes Pratt Nursing Home, while in the presence of her loving family, on June 7, 2014, Lucy Ann Rowsell, of St. Mary's, aged 94 years. Predeceased by her husband John (1986), son Bill (1992), parents Alphonsus & Ellen Tobin, and brothers and sisters Martin (Mabel), Simon, Catherine (Don) Glassey and Bridget (George) Halleran. She will be sadly missed by her four children: Geraldine (Len) Ryan, Helen (Kenneth) St. Croix, Hilary (Ann), Alphonsus (Pam); 14 grandchildren whom she dearly loved and who loved her: Kellie (Glen), Keith (Dana), Sean (Tina), Cheryl (Brian), Verna (Robin), Dale (Trudy), Jeff (Darlene), Deanne (Harold), Dawn (Dale), Kurt (Leona), Tracey (Allie), Krista (Max), Johnny (Pamela) and Jennifer (Garry); 22 great-grandchildren: Ryan, Kayla, Brittany, Zachary, Ashley, Hailey, Kyla, Sydney, Emma, Mackenzie, Michael, Isabella, Colby, Landon, Jaxon, Lucas, Nathan, Blake, Izabella, Jorja, Michael, Dylan and a large family of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A special thank you is extended to Paul and Elaine Neville and former staff of Neville's Personal Care Home as well as to the staff of Fairview Unit of Agnes Pratt Nursing Home for their care and compassion during Mom's two year stay. She thought of you as her family. Resting at Gibbons' Funeral Home, St. Mary's, on Sunday, June 8, from 7 - 9pm, Monday, June 9, 2 - 4pm; 7 - 9pm and Tuesday, June 10, beginning at 12:30pm, followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 3pm, at Our Lady of the Assumption Church, St. Mary's.
