It is with great sadness that the family of Daisy Laura MacDonald of Upper Nappan announce her passing on Tuesday, June 10, 2014 at Cumberland Regional Health Care Centre, Upper Nappan, NS.
Born in Maccan, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Ethel (Pederson) Jardine.
Daisy was a stay at home Mom who enjoyed taking of her family. She loved going to the local ball games and car shows and was an avid fan of the Montreal Canadians.
She will be sadly missed by her daughter Rosella and son Eric (Bernadette) both of Upper Nappan, four grandchildren Tanya, Jason (Michelle), Melissa (Todd) and Nichole, five great grandchildren Grace, Isaac, Allison, Marshall and Selena and several nieces and nephews.
Besides her parents, Daisy was predeceased by her husband Webb, son Dennis, brothers Art and Bud Jardine and a sister Bessie Hurley.
A graveside service will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2014 at 2 p.m. at the Fenwick Cemetery with Pastor Henry Grift officiating.
Memorial donations in Daisy’s memory may be made to the Salem Baptist Church, Sackville, NB, the Crossroads Gospel Temple or the L.A. Animal Shelter.
