February 3, 1925 - June 9, 2014: Passed peacefully away at home surrounded by his loving family on June 9th, John F. Payne, age 89. Predeceased by his wife Eliza, grandson Jeffery; parents Mary and William; sisters Pauline, Lillian, Ada and Marcella; brothers Dexter and Robert. Leaving to mourn daughters Lillian (Gerard), Marina (Clyde) and Mary (Dave); son Baxer (Christina), stepdaughter Anne, 9 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. Jack will be fondly remembered by Home Care Worker Dianne Brophy and a large circle of family and friends. Many thanks and appreciation to the Nursing Staff of the Ambulatory Clinic - Health Science Center. Public Health Nurses Michelle Rossiter and Peggy O'Brien, and Dr. T. McGarry for their compassionate care and dedication. Visitation to take place at Ryan's Funeral Home, Bay Bulls on Tuesday, June 10th from 7 - 9 pm and Wednesday, June 11th from 2 - 4 pm and 7-9 pm, Thursday, June 12th from 10 am - 1:30 pm. Funeral Service to take place at 2 pm from Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Bay Bulls, Interment to follow at Holy Trinity Anglican Cemetary.
