At the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 of Raymond Daniel Tremere, Second World War veteran, of Cornwall and formerly of Hampshire, age 89 years.
Beloved husband of Eleanor (Axworthy) Tremere for 62 years. Loving father of Deborah (Orville Houston), Borden (Roxanne), Byron (Cindy), Larry (Carolyn), Janice Scott (Edwin), Melody MacSwain (Eric Kennedy) and Laurie (Tanya). Grandfather of Greg Abbott (Amber), Jason Abbott (Cara MacLeod), Corey Abbott (Shannon), Kate Saez (Anthony), Robin Mathews (Chris), Matthew Tremere (Kim King), Nicolas Tremere, Michayla Tremere, Kyrstin Tremere, Chase Tremere, Tim Tremere (Nicole), Chris Tremere (Trina), Miranda Tremere-Phelan (Nick Phelan), Adam Tremere, Jessica Tremere, Bradley Scott (Kristen), Benjamin Scott (Samantha Masters), Jaclynn Scott (Tyler Barrett), Megan MacSwain (Jon Palmer), Daniel MacSwain, Kassia Tremere, and Marlie Tremere. Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home from where the funeral will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday at 1:30 p.m. Interment in Hampshire Cemetery. Memorial donations may be made to Hampshire Cemetery or the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Foundation.
