Mr. Donald Cooper, age 91of Moose Jaw, formerly of the Keeler District, passed away peacefully on June 24, 2014. Don was born in Keeler and spent his life farming there. He eventually moved into Keeler and later into Moose Jaw where he resided until his passing. Don is predeceased by his parents, four brothers and three sisters. He is survived by one brother and many nieces and nephews. The Funeral Service will be held at W. J. Jones & Son Chapel, 106 Athabasca St. E., on Wednesday July 2, 2014 at 10:00 AM. Reverend David Moore will officiate. Interment will take place at Sunset Cemetery. Visitation for family and friends will be held at the Chapel, on Tuesday July 1, from 7:00 – 9:00 pm. Memorial donations in Don’s memory may be made to Moose Jaw Humane Society, Box 1658, Moose Jaw, S6H 7K7. In living memory of Don, a memorial planting will be made by W.J. Jones & Son Funeral Home.
