Peacefully, with his family by his side and some fiddle tunes in the air, at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at 5:20 a.m. of Mr. Lawrence Conway of Charlottetown (formerly of Souris), at the age of 64.
Beloved husband of Johanna Conway and dear father of Mary, Lorna (Paul), Jolene (Shaun) and Robbie. Lovingly remembered by his grandchildren - Jessica, Kevin, Mason, Braeden, Marc and Kamron, and his great-grandchildren - Jayda, Adrian and Oliver. Survived by sisters, Helen Roach (Richard), Marion Arsenault (Kenny), and Susie Keefe (Mervin); and brothers, Jimmy (Wendy) and Vernon (Doris). Brother-in-law of Phyllis Cheverie, Lorna Conway and Henry Carter.
Predeceased by his parents - Susan and Albert Conway; brothers - Frank Cheverie and Francis Conway; sisters - Eileen Carter and Mary-Ellen MacVane.
Resting at Belvedere Funeral Home until Friday at 12:45, then to St. Pius X Church for funeral mass at 1 p.m. Interment in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Charlottetown. Visitation Thursday 2-4 and 7-9 p.m.
