John Bradley Morrison passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at the Cape Breton Regional Hospital, Sydney.
Born in Glace Bay and raised in Tower Road, Bradley was the son of the late George and Ellen (Yates) Morrison.
Bradley was once employed with Highland Fisheries and later at Stream, Glace Bay. He loved collecting Elvis records, working with computers, watching the Big Bang Theory on TV and writing poetry.
He is survived by his daughter, Tiffany (Gregory), Glace Bay, his son, Travis (Kelsi), Newfoundland, two sisters, Michele (Brian), Tower Road, Tanya (Glen), Donkin, two brothers, Brent (Elaine), Mira and Kyle, Donkin.
Besides his parents, Bradley was predeceased by a sister, Kimberly.
Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4, 7-9 p.m. in the V.J. McGillivray Funeral Home, 16 Reserve St., Glace Bay. The funeral service, officiated by Rev. Vernon Reid is Saturday at 2 p.m. in the funeral home chapel. Cremation to follow with interment at a later date.
