It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jeanette “Jean” Buckle announce her passing on Tuesday, July 1, 2014 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in her 78th year. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughters: Mary (Tony) Martin, Ft. McMurray, Betty (Bill) Fifield, Dartmouth, NS, Sandra (Garry) Parsons, Corner Brook, Esther (Roland) Landry, Ft. McMurray, Paula (Todd) Whyatt, Barrie, ON and Judy (Robert) Fitzpatrick; son Jimmy, Auburn, Kentucky; grandchildren: Toni (Dennis), Andrew, Matthew, William, Beth, Hilary, Kevin, Michael, Tara, Sarah and Jimmy Jr; great-granddaughter Kennedy; sisters: Veronica (Michael), Donna (Don), Barbara Ann (Sid), Sandra, Abby (Earl), Paula (Joel); sisters-in-law: Marion (Ned), Isabelle, Nellie and Margaret; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Kevin, son Bill, daughter-in-law Sonya, parents Noble and Bessie Brake, sister Delores Condotta (Gino) and brothers-in-law Frank Roberts, George Buckle, Stan Cooper, Bryan Kelly and sisters-in-law Laura Penney, Mary (Curt) Moulton and Joan Buckle. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Friday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 5 at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows Parish, Humber Road with Father Ambrose Hynes officiating.
