MCNICHOL, PAUL DOUGLASS - It is with great sadness that the family announces the passing of Paul Douglass McNichol, which occurred at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Hospital, Fredericton, NB on July 10, 2014. Born on February 2, 1956, he was the son of the late Albion and Marguerite (McCarten) McNichol, St. George, NB. Paul is survived by Lynn L. Justason, his loving partner of 41 years. Survived by his sister, Kaye (Brian) McIntee, several nieces and nephews and his loving aunts Mary Eileen and Jenny. Paul will surely be missed by his cat Stormie who was truly “doted” on.
Resting at the St. George Funeral Home (755-3533) 26 Portage Street, St. George with visiting on Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held from the St. George’s Roman Catholic Church, St. George NB, on Monday, July 14, 2014 at 11:00 am. Interment will follow at the St. George’s Roman Catholic Cemetery. Donations in Paul’s memory would be appreciated to the Canadian Cancer Society or to a charity of the donor’s choice.
