Pollard
Passed peacefully away at the James Paton Memorial Health Centre, Gander on Thursday, July 10th, Hector Pollard, age 77. Predeceased by his parents Alfred and Margaret Pollard, sisters Audrey and Annie and granddaughter Charlotte. Left to mourn with loving memories are his wife Doreen Pollard (nee-Loveless), son Paul (Jennifer) of Truro, NS; daughters Peggy of Gander, Paula Jacobs (Michael) of Prince Albert, SK; brothers Maxwell of Pasadena, Cecil (Shirley) of Deer Lake, sisters Dulcie of Mount Pearl, Ruby of Howley, Jean (Francis) of Seal Cove, White Bay, grandchildren Alexa, Nathaniel, Nicholas, Mackenzie, Matthew, Michael, Max, Jack, Noah and a large circle of relatives and friends. Rested at Stacey's Funeral Home, Gander. Funeral service was held at St. Martin's Anglican Cathedral on Saturday, July 12th at 3:30 p.m. Interment followed at All Saints Cemetery. Donations in Hector's memory may be made to St. Martin's Anglican Cathedral, The Dr. H. Bliss Murphy Cancer Centre or A Charity of One's Choice.
