It is with great sadness that the families of Otto Ward Lewis announce his sudden passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in Corner Brook, NL, on Sunday, July 13th, 2014, in his 86th year, leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife: Olive Lewis nee Young, his children: Richard Lewis, Brian Lewis & Kathleen Lewis; his grandson: Richard Jr. & his granddaughter: Angelica; his brother: Raymond (Enid) Lewis; his best friends and neighbor: Joy Strong, Carl Hancock & Earl Dew; he was predeceased by his parents: John & Martha Lewis, his brother: Wilson & his sister: Shirley (Peter) Lakey, also leaves to mourn a large circle of family and friends. As for Otto’s request, cremation has taken place.
