Passed peacefully away at the Health Science Complex Sunday July 20, 2014 age 77 years of Bell Island. Predeceased and waiting at Heaven's Gate his Three beautiful Daughters Sandra, Wanda, Amanda-Lynn, Parents Margaret and Moses, Brothers Henry, John, Vincent, Moses, Sisters Elizabeth, Margaret(Ann), Nora. Leaving to mourn with great sadness his devoted wife of fifty-three years Genevieve (Gen), six children Johnny, Leo, Paul (Janice), Kevin (Lori), Colleen (Billy), Jennifer. Fourteen grandchildren : Kodee, Clint, Daniel, Devlin, Galen, Brittany, Nicole, Shauna, Amanda-Lynn, Heather, Jessie, Laci, Sandra, Cheyenne. Three great-grandchildren Kalab, Issac, Abby. Four sisters Rosaria, Madelaine, Jean(Ron), Patricia(Maurice), Two Brothers Mike(Linda), Kevin, special brother-in-law Leo Byrne, special nephew Ray Cummings. Longtime family friends Lorraine and Cynth as well as a large circle of family and friends. Resting at Pendergast's Funeral Home Tuesday and Wednesday from 12-9pm. Funeral Mass on Thursday, July 24, 2014 at 11am from St. Michael's Parish. Cremation to follow. Flowers greatly accepted or donations in William's memory of one's choice.
