Passed peacefully away on March 19, 2014 at the L.A Miller Center, age 81 years. Predeceased by wife Jessy E. Stockley; parents: Bert and Mary Stockley. Leaving to mourn are son's: Melvin and Cecil; brother Bert and family's. Funeral service will be held at Barrett's Funeral Home, 328 Hamilton Ave on July 27, 2014 at 2:00pm with interment to Follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Blackmarsh Rd.
