MURRAY, EDWON - 1933 - 2014 - Edwon Murray, passed away peacefully at The Moncton Hospital on Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at the age of 81. Born in Atholville, he was the son of the late Patrick and Delphine Murray. Edwon is survived and will be missed by his son’s; William (Susan), Donald (Simone), George, Peter, Glen, and Edward; siblings; Jimmy, Velda, Dolores, Paul, Robert and Johnny, grandchildren; Shawn, Cynthia, Christina, Charles, Jennifer, Samantha, Amanda, Ashley; great-grandchildren; Latesha, Katie, Jason, Jayda and by many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents Edwon was predeceased by his wife of 60 years Rena, son Jackie, daughter Shirley Anne, siblings; Nelson, Coleman, Rene, little Johnny, Martha, and Gabriel. The family wishes to thank the nursing staff of the palliative care unit at The Moncton Hospital for their care and support.
A memorial service will be held in the chapel of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Saturday, July 26, 2014 at 2:00 pm with visitation on Friday, July 25, 2014 from 7:00 to 9:00pm.
