WAGG, JEAN ROBERTA (BENT) - It is with great sadness that the family of Jean Wagg, 86, announce her passing that occurred on Tuesday , July 29, 2014 at The Moncton Hospital. Jean was born in Norwich, Conn. On October 16, 1927. She was the daughter of the late Bert and Bessie (Durling) Bent. She was a member of Mount Royal United Church, a former member of the UCW, and a charter member of the Zetland Chapter No. 26, O.E.S. She is survived by her daughters; Karen and Debbie of Moncton, as well as several cousins, nephews and a niece. In addition to her parents, Jean was predeceased by her husband George in 2012.
A private graveside service will be held at Fair Haven Memorial Gardens. A reception for friends and family will be held in the Garden View Reception Room of Fair Haven Funeral Home on Friday, August 1, 2014 at 1:30pm. Memorial donations to the Canadian Cancer Society of to a charity of one’s choice would be appreciated by the family.
