WATSON, STACIE PEARL (BOYLE) - The peaceful passing of Stacie Watson, wife of the late Donald Watson, occurred on Thursday, July 31, 2014 at her residence in Kings Way Care Centre. Born August 12, 1921 in Crossburn, NS, she was a daughter of the late George and Rebecca (Silver) Boyle. Stacie is survived by her daughters: Sharon Maguire and Gloria Watson; son, Donald (Debra) of Saint John; son-in-law, John Melanson; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sisters, Agnes Nearing and Glennis Boyle; brother, Clarke; and several nieces and nephews. Besides her parents and husband, she was predeceased by her daughter, Donna Melanson; grandson, Allan Maguire; sisters: Pauline Brown, and Margaret Pilon; and brothers: Calvin, Leslie, Stanley, and an infant brother.
Resting at Brenan’s Funeral Home, 111 Paradise Row, Saint John, 634-7424, with visiting on Monday, August 4, 2014 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, August 5, 2014 at 2 pm from Silver Falls United Church. Interment will follow in Ocean View Memorial Gardens.
