He leaves to mourn his loving family: Wife: Genevieve; Daughters: Allison (Steven) Russell, Carla (Greg) Fowler & Wanda (Jimmy) Conley; Grandchildren: Grant & Andrew Fowler, Mason & Megan Russell, Kali & Chase Conley; Siblings: Wilfred (Mary) Neil, Helen Lewis, Marie Jones, Eileen Crane, Herman (Betty) Neil & Gerald (Robin) Neil; Brothers-in-law: Tom (Sharron) Quinlan, Phil (Sue) Quinlan, John (Loretta) Quinlan & Edward Bishop; Uncle: Lewis (Barb) Smith; And a large circle of Nieces, Nephews, Family & Friends. Predeceased By: Parents: Samuel & Mabel Neil; Brother: Ches (Elsie) Neil; Sister: Betty Bishop; Brothers-in-law: Jim Lewis, Herb Jones & Rob Crane. The funeral service will take place at Holy Redeemer Anglican Church, Spaniards Bay on Thursday, August 7, 2014 at 2 P.M. with inurnment to follow at the Holy Redeemer R.C. Cemetery, Bay Roberts.
