Isaac Logan Graham passed away peacefully in the arms of his loving parents on Friday, Aug. 1, 2014. Isaac was born on Thursday, July 31, 2014. During his two short days here on earth Isaac touched many lives and was loved deeply by his family and friends.
Isaac will be dearly missed by his loving parents, Logan and Janine Graham. He will also be greatly missed by his paternal grandmother, Faith Graham; maternal grandparents, Harvey and Debbie Sharpe and great-grandmother, Elizabeth Sharpe. Isaac leaves behind Aunt Candace (Rob) Graham, Aunt Allana (Darren) Serroul, Uncle Adam and Aunt Lauren Sharpe. Isaac will also be missed by numerous great-uncles and aunts, cousins, and family friends.
Isaac was predeceased by his paternal great-grandparents, Joe and Theresa MacLean, and great-uncle, John MacLean; maternal great-grandparents, Thomas Sharpe and John and Barbara Burke.
A private celebration of Isaac’s life will be held at Immaculate Conception Church Main-a-Dieu, officiated by Father William Burke, under the direction of Chants Funeral Home.
As an expression of sympathy for Isaac, memorial donations in his memory can be made to the NICU of the Cape Breton Regional Hospital or IWK.
