Lina Leblanc
LEBLANC, LINA - 1931 - 2014 - Lina LeBlanc, 83, of Dieppe, NB, passed away on Wednesday, August 6th, 2014, at the Dr. Georges-L.-Dumont University Hospital Center, Moncton, NB. Born in St.-Antoine, NB, she was the daughter of the late Donat and the late Sarah (née: LeBlanc) Babineau. Lina was a dedicated and loving wife and mother to her family, had a passion for nature, and enjoyed her flowers and her garden. She was a member of Saint-Anselme parish. She is survived by her husband, Yvon; two daughters: Lise (Paul-Aimé) Bourque of Dieppe and Gisèle LeBlanc of St.-Antoine; two sons: Rhéal (Elise) of Notre-Dame and Georges (Phyllis) of Irishtown; five sisters: Aline (late Aris) Goguen, Jeannette (Paul) Girouard and Louise (Joe) Christopher, all three from St.-Antoine, Rita (late Gerald) Cormier of Gardner, MA and Mai Cormier of Notre-Dame; three brothers: Aurèle (Thérèse) Babineau and Ernest (Barbara) Babineau, both of St.-Antoine and Gérald (Lucille) Babineau of Terrebonne, QC; two sisters-in-law: Eugenie Babineau of Acadieville and Bella Babineau of Laval, QC; four grandchildren: Marc, Crystal, Janelle and Forrest; 3 great grandchildren: Alexandre, Hayley and Jacey, as well as several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by three brothers: Yvon, Donald and Alphonse.
By request, no visitation will be held at the funeral home.
Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated from Sainte-Thérèse Roman Catholic Church, Dieppe, NB, on Tuesday, August 12th, 2014 at 11 am.
