CARSON, CAROLINE OLGA – It is with great sadness the family announces the passing of Caroline Olga Carson which occurred at the Saint John Regional Hospital on Thursday, August 7th, 2014. Born 1935, in Upham, NB, she was the daughter of the late Clifford and Hazel (Brown) Sherwood. Olga was a homemaker who enjoyed spending time with her two sons. She loved the outdoors, fishing and gardening. Olga is survived by her two sons Dwight (Suzanne) of Salt Springs, NB and Terry (Kim) of Saint John; sister Evelyn Bishop as well as several nieces, nephews and friends. Besides her parents, she was predeceased by her husband Allen and sisters Kathleen and Darlene.
Arrangements are under the direction of Fundy Funeral Home, 230 Westmorland Road (646-2424) A funeral service will take place from the Fundy Funeral Home chapel on Monday, August 11th, 2014 at 10 a.m. followed by an interment at Titus Hill Cemetery. A reception will follow at 2124 Salina Kirk United Church, Salt Springs. Donations in Olga’s memory may be made to the SPCA-Animal Rescue or to the charity of the donor’s choice.
