The death occurred peacefully, at Clinton View Lodge, Clinton, on Saturday August 9, 2014, of Norma M. Mayne, formerly of Summerfield, aged 95 years.
Born in Darnley on December 2, 1918, daughter of the late David Isaac and Annie May (Campbell) Clark.
Wife of the late Keith Mayne. Mother of the late Gerald K. and M. Elaine (Wright) Mayne. She is survived by grandchildren, Kris (Jackie) Mayne, Summerfield; Cheryl (Bruce) Turner, Summerside; and Lori (Ewen) Clark, Clinton; and great-grandchildren, Brittan, Brolin, Barry and Lacey. Sister of Jessie (Keith) Ramsay, Clinton, and sister-in-law of Verna Clark, Kensington. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Predeceased brothers and sisters, Thelma Schurman, Walter Clark, Vincent Clark, Hattie Clark, Jenny Harnish, Grace Mayne, Glenna Bowness, Bruce Clark and James Clark.
Resting at the Davison Funeral Home, Kensington, for visitation on Monday from 6:30-8 p.m. Funeral Tuesday in the Davison Funeral Home Chapel at 10:30 a.m. Interment the Summerfield United Cemetery, Summerfield.
